Operation: Detox

I’ve been feeling… heavy. Could be bloating; could be my dessert cravings; could be the fact that I skip breakfast and overeat at lunch. Who knows. All I know is that I have less energy during the day and I look unkempt in a bathing suit. So for the next couple of weeks, I’ll be:

The goal isn’t necessarily to lose weight, but to control my appetite and flush out some of the junk I’ve been consuming lately.

  1. I have been on the hot water and tea regimen for quite some time. I have noticed a difference in my eating habits. Also, if I eat something that I have no business eating I feel horrible. I have never tried the Apple Cider Vinegar though. What does that do?
